Role Description

The Vice President of Operations will oversee and drive operational excellence, focusing on achieving strategic and financial objectives. This full-time, on-site leadership role based in Algiers requires managing day-to-day operations, developing and implementing operational strategies, and ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. Responsibilities include managing budgets, enhancing customer service initiatives, identifying and implementing process improvements, and spearheading key projects to meet company goals.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Operations Management and P&L (Profit and Loss) Management to ensure business efficiency and profitability.
• Proficiency in Strategic Planning and Project Management to effectively lead initiatives and achieve organizational objectives.
• Strong background in Customer Service, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive results and manage cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
