Job Description
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure buy-in for VAS deliverables.
  • Ensure adherence to the approval process from local/central post (Missions).
  • Coordinate with the unit and operation managers on a day to day basis.
  • Manage all the day to day activities and ensure team management and welfare initiative are undertaken.
  • Collect financial/ Non-financial data & Compile and maintain VAS Reports and documents for management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients/ customers (service providers, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction. Manage customer complaints in collaboration with the CX team.
  • Good relationship with Agents & Trade to build the Visa Concierge business.
  • Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain products based on customer needs and desires.
  • Analyse the business operations, appropriateness and reliability of local contacts vis-à-vis clients.
  • Lead contracts & agreements with partners/missions/VACs Manages budgets for assigned projects, and the monitoring and reporting on achievement against plan.
  • Proactively establishes and expands networks of local contacts required to identify and promote opportunities for VAS services. Ensure smooth delivery of premium services.
  • Conduct market research activities to understand the customer requirements/expectations etc. such as trend analysis for market trends with respect to global & regional VAS activities.
  • Review the market trends and contribute to the development of strategies for VAS products and services, demonstrating an understanding of VFS Global business strategies and needs of the customer/ B2B and Travel agents.
  • Develop detailed plans in support of approved strategies, organizing required resources, monitoring and periodically reporting progress of plans.
  • Ensure execution, implementation and management of VAS Deliverables/ activities.
  • Liaise with the VAS sales function and understand technical specifications from clients/ vendors and propose & implement creative designs/ solutions.
  • Liaise with Operations teams for approved VAS and implementation.
  • Ensure website management for VAS banners and deliverables.
  • Control, Monitor & Audit the VAS Deliverables to ensure compliance to defined quality standards.
  • Ensure full integration of quality management processes and their effective deployment on a day-to-day basis.
  • Maintain and ensure adherence to client/vendors/missions Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Coordinate with Accounts, Admin, Legal and Project Finance to ensure successful implementation of VAS deliverables as per Client specifications (SLAs).
  • Liaise with the Legal team for drafting legal agreements and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Judicious use of natural resources.
  • Shall adhere to the environment health and safety policy/objectives and guidelines of the organization.
