Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Motion Graphic Designer. In this role, you will conceptualize, design, and animate compelling visuals, videos, and motion graphics aligned with Ted3im's vision. Your day-to-day tasks will involve collaborating with team members to create designs that enhance educational content, illustrating complex concepts through animation, and developing engaging motion graphics to support the gamification of learning. You will contribute to brainstorming and develop innovative ideas while ensuring that all visual outputs align with branding guidelines and objectives.
Qualifications
Proficiency in motion graphic design tools, such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro
Skills in graphic design, animation techniques, and illustrating visual concepts
Experience in storytelling and creating compelling dynamic visuals
Strong knowledge in design principles, including typography, composition, and color theory
Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work efficiently on multiple projects
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with a diverse team
Experience in creating content for educational or gamification purposes is a plus
