Role Description

We are seeking
Completion Consultants
—both Senior Specialists and experienced Operators—to support advanced completion operations, workovers, and specialized field assignments.

The role includes supervising and executing completion activities, conducting technical competency training, ensuring operational quality, supporting troubleshooting, and coordinating with on-site teams to deliver safe and efficient results. Responsibilities also include overseeing field operations related to well completion projects, monitoring equipment, implementing best practices, and ensuring adherence to operational standards.

This position may be
full-time or part-time
, with on-site assignments based in
Boumerdès or Hassi Messaoud
. It requires practical field expertise, strong operational discipline, and the ability to manage and support field operations effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in well completion operations, equipment handling, and field monitoring
• Strong understanding of safety protocols, troubleshooting, and compliance in the petroleum industry
• Experience with logistics management and operational coordination
• Strong communication, team collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Relevant technical certifications or training in petroleum engineering or related disciplines
• Experience in on-site petroleum operations, with familiarity with Boumerdès region considered an advantage
