Role Description
Role of the CEO
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall management of Galior. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors to define the company's vision, develop long-term strategies, and ensure sustainable growth in the agri-food sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and implement the company's strategic direction.
Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficiency across all departments.
Drive business growth by developing new markets, products, and partnerships.
Ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance in the food industry.
Lead, motivate, and develop the executive team and staff.
Manage financial performance, budgets, and resources responsibly.
Represent Galior with key stakeholders, partners, and the wider community.
Qualifications
- Finance and Operations Management skills
- Experience in Business Planning and Strategic Planning
- Sales and Marketing expertise
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse team
- Proven track record in an executive leadership role
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Professional experience in a related field
