Yassir recrute un(e) Operations Trainer pour la région Est (Constantine).Vous serez en charge d'assurer la formation des chauffeurs, d'accompagner leur montée en compétence et de contribuer à l'amélioration continue des oprations sur le terrain. Responsabilités Principales
  • Assurer des sessions de formation de qualité destinées aux chauffeurs Yassir.
  • Mettre à jour régulièrement les contenus de formation Chauffeur Yassir.
  • Adapter les formations en fonction des besoins opérationnels et des réalités terrain.
  • Identifier, anticiper et analyser les anomalies et points bloquants récurrents, puis les intégrer aux contenus de formation afin de les expliquer clairement lors des sessions.
  • Assurer une présence constante, adopter un discours clair, pédagogique et flexible, et faire preuve d'une discipline et d'un professionnalisme exemplaires.
  • Mettre à jour le statut des leads en "Absent from training" après chaque session de formation.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes opérations afin d'améliorer la performance et l'expérience chauffeur.
Qualification requises
  • Bac +5 / Bac +3 en gestion, logistique, formation, ressources humaines ou domaine équivalent.
  • Expérience préalable dans la formation, les opérations terrain ou le service client (un atout).
  • Excellentes capacités de communication et de pédagogie.
  • Bonne capacité d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
  • Sens de l'organisation, rigueur et autonomie.
  • Aisance avec les outils digitaux et les plateformes de suivi.
  • Disponibilité et mobilité au niveau de la région Est.
