Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist at Pratic Power in Oran. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for daily tasks such as engaging with potential and existing customers to drive sales, managing and maintaining customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and training new sales personnel. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will oversee the sales process, implement sales strategies, and ensure targets are met.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales experience and skills
- Experience in Training and Sales Management
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of the energy or utilities industry is a plus
