Finalité :

Prendre en charge les activités au au Indirect Procurement avec pour objectif de minimiser les coûts et dépenses de l'entreprise

Participer à l'amélioration de la stratégie achats Marketing.

Vue d'ensemble :

Mise en oeuvre de la stratégie d'achat :

  • Identifier les opportunités de réduction des coûts tout en maintenant la qualité des services.
  • Contribuer à l'élaboration et au suivi des politiques d'achat et de gestion des fournisseurs.
  • Identifier des leviers d'optimisation et mettre en place des actions permettant de générer des économies significatives.
  • Assurer un suivi rigoureux des budgets dédiés aux services généraux et professionnels, en contrôlant les dépenses et en anticipant les écarts éventuels.

Analyse des besoins et gestion des appels d'offres :

  • Collaborer avec les départements internes pour analyser leurs besoins spécifiques en services généraux et professionnels.
  • veiller à obtenir des propositions compétitives et adaptées aux attentes de l'entreprise.

Collaboration et reporting :

Travailler en synergie avec les différents départements pour garantir une bonne coordination entre les besoins et les solutions apportées.

Expérience requise :

  • Minimum 3 ans à 6 ans d'expérience.
  • Français, Anglais et Arabe (parlé et écrit)
  • Maitrise de l'outil informatique : MS office
  • Connaissances d'Oracle serait un plus
  • Connaissance du marché local et international
  • Connaissance des principes de gestion et de négociation de contrats
  • Connaissance des principes reliés à la gestion des achats
  • Connaissance de la réglementation et du marché
  • BAC + 4 ou BAC + 5 (Finances, Commerce, Gestion, Communication, Supply Chain Management)
