Spiros Agency is looking for a Content Manager to lead content creation, organization, and execution across digital platforms. This role requires both strategic thinking and strong operational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute a content strategy aligned with brand and business objectives
Plan, create, manage, and publish content across social media, websites, blogs, and campaigns
Build and manage the content calendar, ensuring consistency and deadlines are respected
Coordinate with designers, videographers, and marketing teams
Ensure coherence in tone, messaging, and brand identity across all content
Analyze content performance and propose optimization actions
Monitor trends, formats, and platform updates
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
Required Profile :
Proven experience as a Content Manager, Content Strategist, or Social Media Manager
Strong understanding of digital marketing and content strategy
Excellent writing and communication skills (Arabic, French, and/or English)
Ability to think creatively while remaining data-driven
Organized, autonomous, and results-oriented
Agency experience is a strong advantage
