Votre mission :
En tant que véritable lien entre l'agence, les clients et les partenaires externes, vous serez au cœur de nos projets. Vous aurez un rôle hybride entre gestion de projets, coordination et développement commercial plus tard.
Vos responsabilités incluent :
- Être l'interlocuteur principal des clients : compréhension des besoins, suivi des projets, respect des délais, coordination avec les équipes internes et les fournisseurs.
- Assurer le bon déroulement opérationnel des projets de A à Z.
- Création de contenus et à la diffusion de la communication
- Mener des actions de prospection et de développement commercial pour faire grandir notre portefeuille clients.
Profil recherché :
- Excellente maîtrise du français à l'écrit comme à l'oral (orthographe irréprochable).
- Maîtrise des outils de création visuelle tels que Canva, Illustrator ou équivalent.
- Aisance relationnelle, présentation professionnelle et esprit d'initiative.
- Capacité à travailler sur plusieurs projets en parallèle, avec rigueur et réactivité.
- Une première expérience en agence ou dans un poste similaire est un plus.
