Senior Marketing Manager

EASYFAIRS ALGERIA
, a subsidiary of the Belgian group EASYFAIRS, the world's N°13 largest trade fair and exhibition organizer and awarded by Deloitte the "Belgium's Best Managed Companies" title, is recruiting for its office in Algiers (Ben Aknoun) a Senior Marketing Manager with at least 7 years of professional experience in this field to work on the marketing promotion of our trade fairs in Algeria and Internationally. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in marketing, communications, business, or a related field from University or a Business School
• Minimum of 7 years of continuous marketing experience (B2B is preferred but B2C will be considered)
• Experience in the Tradeshow Industry is a big plus
• Proven expertise in digital marketing strategies (Google Ads, Social media, Influencer Marketing, Emailing platforms) and managing multi-channel campaigns offline (Radio, Magazines, Journals, PR,...)
• Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM like Salesforce)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French (Arabic is a plus)
• Knowledge of the Algerian market and local cultural dynamics, particularly in major cities like Algiers, Oran, or Constantine
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote trade shows and exhibitions toward Exhibitors nationally (in Algeria) and Internationally (through Digital channels, Media Partnership and Institution partnerships) across all our 6 Algerian shows (Pharmaceutical technologies, Dentistry, Industrial equipment, Safety & Security, Hospital & Restaurant, Packaging)
• Oversee the creation of marketing/promotionnal content (brochures, videos, social media posts) tailored to diverse audiences and industries
• Manage the allocated marketing budget, optimizing expenditures to maximize return on investment
• Collaborate with sales teams to attract exhibitors and sponsors, and strengthen strategic partnerships
• Analyze campaign performance and provide detailed reports to senior management
• Coordinate with event organizers to ensure alignment between marketing vision and event logistics
• Represent the company at professional events to enhance brand visibility
• Stay updated on industry trends to propose innovative initiatives
