Financial & Commercial Assistant

Position Summary:

Wokalaa Business (Factoring & Collection)
is seeking a 
motivated, organized Financial & Commercial Assistant
to support the launch and daily operations of our new
Factoring and Invoice Collection
service dedicated to Algerian businesses.

The selected candidate will handle financial and commercial files, communicate with clients, assist in digital marketing activities, and coordinate directly with management.

Main Responsibilities:

• Receive, verify, and manage client files and invoices.
• Calculate advances and commissions according to internal procedures.
• Monitor collections and follow up with clients and debtors.
• Prepare contracts, receipts, and maintain proper documentation.
• Support social media communication and digital marketing tasks.
• Prepare periodic operational and financial reports.
• Coordinate daily with the General Manager.

Required Qualifications:

• University degree in
  Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Marketing
  .
• Excellent command of
  Arabic and French
  (English is an advantage).
• Strong skills in
  Excel, Word, and email communication
  .
• High sense of organization, accuracy, and reliability.
• Good interpersonal skills and professional communication with corporate clients.
• Motivated to grow within a fast-developing financial services division.

Employment Terms & Benefits:

• Initial training contract
  (3 months) with possible full-time employment after evaluation.
• Monthly salary between
  40,000 and 60,000 DZD
  , depending on experience.
• In-house training on factoring, collection, and financial management.
