Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Recruitment & Training Specialist located in El Maadi. The role involves managing the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates to meet organizational needs. The specialist will also design and implement training programs to enhance employee development and performance. Other responsibilities include collaborating with teams to ensure alignment with company goals and maintaining clear and effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Recruiting, Hiring, and Interviewing to identify and onboard top talent effectively.
• Proficiency in Training development and implementation to support employee growth and performance.
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with team members and engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment and training process.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in recruitment and training roles, with a strong understanding of HR best practices, is highly beneficial.
