Context & Objective

With the rise of distributed cloud-edge architectures, traditional security models are insufficient. Integrating
Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA)

into
Namla's SD-WAN

will enable secure, identity-based access for cloud-edge environments.

The objective is to
design and prototype a ZTNA solution

tailored for cloud-edge use cases using Namla's SD-WAN platform.

Main Tasks

  • Research ZTNA models for cloud-edge networks
  • Develop K8s operator to manage ZTNA pop nodes (k8S operator sdk &
    Golang

)
- Implement policy, authentication, and secure traffic control
- Test and document the integrated solution

Expected Outcomes

  • Working ZTNA prototype for cloud-edge integration
  • Technical documentation and test reports
