Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Pharmaceutical Consultant to join our team in Africa. As a key member of our consulting group, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality insights and solutions to clients in the life sciences industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in project teams to design, develop, and deliver management consulting projects or components of larger, complex projects.

• Analyze client requirements and develop cost-effective solutions that ensure profitability and high client satisfaction.

• Lead and guide analysts and consultants assigned to engagements.

• Develop detailed deliverables and proposals.

• Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify client issues and develop client-specific solutions.

• Design and deliver client reports and presentations tailored to audience characteristics and needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Pharmacy or medicine degree, or MSc degree preferably in Economics or Engineering (top-tier schools).
• 6-8 years of related experience in consulting and/or life sciences industry required.
• Solid project management skills and client influencing and relationship building skills.
• Ability to work effectively with others to accomplish team goals.
• Experienced in developing consultative relationships with senior-level managers and executives at clients in the life sciences industry.
• Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques related to functional areas.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and client influencing skills.
