Strategic Medical Leader

As a key leader in our organization, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and addressing unmet medical needs in clinical practice to ensure the optimal use of our products.

This strategic leadership position requires expertise in therapeutic areas and business understanding to drive data generation, knowledge exchange, and scientific engagement. You will provide high-level medical support to internal partners on scientific and medical issues to achieve affiliate objectives while maintaining compliance, ethics, and safety standards.

Your Role:

• You will identify unmet medical needs at customer sites, propose action plans, and develop medical strategies, projects, and tactics to address questions and concerns from the scientific community.

• Develop clinical messages for product lines to support affiliate objectives, lead the scientific affairs team to achieve the plan, and manage pre-launch activities.

• Implement tools to monitor medical activities, attend relevant congresses, and establish relationships with external thought leaders and organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a guardian of high standards of compliance, ethics, and safety, and ensure all service activities align with Roche standards and guidelines.

• Plan, design, oversee the execution, and report on clinical trials according to ICH-GCP, Roche SOPs, and local regulations.

Requirements:

• You have a medical degree and scientific background; business administration and project management training are a plus.

• Professional experience within the pharmaceutical industry is desirable but not mandatory.

• Experience in drug development, clinical trials, data analysis, and scientific publishing is highly valued.

• Strong relationships with external thought leaders and organizations are strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with ICH, GCP, and local regulations is essential.

• You possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
