We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our team and help us drive product initiatives from inception to execution. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen sense of market trends and an ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
About Your Role- You will be responsible for co-creating and facilitating the product discovery process, working closely with designers, engineers and analysts to validate product ideas through various frameworks and methods.
- Your primary goal will be to gain a deep understanding of user needs and objectives by conducting research, prototyping and experimentation.
- You will synthesize data to make strategic recommendations founded on business, market and customer needs.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in product management with digital products or similar roles at startups or scale-ups.
- A track record of launching consumer-facing digital products and services (B2B or B2C).
- Ability to create and execute a customer discovery process to gather pains and opportunities.
- Strong presentation skills, storytelling ability and knowledge of modern development practices like agile and scrum.
- A general understanding of technical aspects in digital product development and ability to work closely with technical engineers.
- Passion for digital products and human-centered design.
- Knowledge of lean startup techniques and metrics definition.
- Understanding of behavioral psychology and growth process across Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral and Revenue.
