Senior Financial Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to oversee the financial operations of our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing financial data, developing financial strategies, and providing expert guidance to the finance team.

• Financial Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Financial Analysis: Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Policy Development: Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and accounting standards.
• Team Support: Provide guidance and support to the finance team, assisting with complex accounting issues and ensuring adherence to internal controls.
• Financial Planning: Review and analyze financial data, identifying trends and proposing improvements to enhance financial performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and provide financial insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certification: CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and standards.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make sound recommendations.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems and Excel.
• Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership and management abilities, with a track record of developing and mentoring finance professionals.
