Job Title: Business Operations Manager

A key player in the company's infrastructure construction projects, the Business Operations Manager will oversee administrative and financial activities to ensure smooth project execution.


Job Description

The successful candidate will manage the administration and finance functions for the company's projects in Algeria, including managing staff, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all administrative and financial activities of the company in Algeria, including human resources, payroll, and accounting

  • Oversee the preparation and submission of reports, invoices, and other financial documents

  • Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely and efficient project delivery

  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must have a Chartered Accounting Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Economics/Business Administration/Finance, with relevant experience in similar roles. Excellent knowledge of English and French is required, as well as proficiency in MS Office Suite.
