Production Excellence Leader

The position purpose is to lead a team of production specialists in optimizing cell performance. To achieve this, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and coaching operators to meet specific skill matrices.

• Lead and develop the skills of operators to ensure they are equipped to perform their tasks effectively.
• Accountable for implementing standard work procedures in all areas of the cell to improve efficiency and quality.
• Act as a role model for safety, quality, and teamwork, embodying Henkel's values.
• Solve complex problems that impact production and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Work closely with process engineers, quality teams, and other stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to manage personnel working on machinery.
• Knowledge of various production equipment and processes.
• Able to meet production objectives and monitor operator performance.
• English language proficiency is mandatory.
