A leading worldwide company in the automotive industry, well-known for its dependable vehicles and outstanding customer support, is currently in search for a Technical Instructor.
Mission:
- Develop the yearly technical training plan based on service operations requirements;
- Create training curriculum (teaching materials) for theoretical and practical sessions;
- Deliver training sessions as per the annual schedule (Technicians at Branches & Dealers, as well as Customers);
- Improve technicians' competencies through On Job Training;
- Compile & Evaluate the technicians Skills Matrix;
- Conduct routine technical evaluations to ensure adherence to technical guidelines for improved service excellence;
- Validate the correct advancement and completion of the E-learning programs.
- Background in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering;
- Preferably possessing practical knowledge or background in the technical sector.
