Global multinational in the automotive sector, well-known for the quality of its vehicles and outstanding customer service, is currently looking for a Service Process Officer.

Mission:

  • Provide practical after-sales service support and guidance to branches and dealers on established Service Standards (SOPs);
  • Plan, organize, and implement manufacturer Programs in collaboration with principals;
  • Assist branches and dealers in maintaining the service program, implementing cost management, and establishing kaizen circles (Quality Control Circle);
  • Help branches and dealers achieve targeted guest satisfaction levels, process efficiency, and profitability; Manage training programs, and provide coaching to branch and dealer staff.

Profile:

  • Background in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering;
  • Preferably, experience or working knowledge in the automotive sector.
