Job Description

About the role:

  • Manage client relationships, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This involves regular communication, understanding their needs and concerns, and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Ensure client satisfaction,
  • Drive revenue growth: identifying opportunities to increase revenue. This involves understanding thebusiness needs and goals
  • Identify new business opportunities: researching potential clients, understanding their needs and goals, and developing strategies to win their business.

How you will contribute:

  • Developing business plan, derived from the brand plan and national sales plan, to drive the sales of Takeda's Rare Haematology and Onclolgy brands in the territory
  • Developing and maintaining an expert level of disease, product, competitor, ecosystem knowledge, share insights and have the curiosity to continually enhance that understanding.
  • KOL management : maintaining regular communication with healthcare professionals at all levels using the most suitable channel available and maximise customer engagement.
  • Team coordination: The account lead is accountable for coordinating with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Performance metrics: meeting performance metrics, such as revenue targets, client satisfaction scores, and project delivery timelines.
  • Local market access working collaboratively with the National Access Manager.
  • Budget holder accountable for making sound business decisions that benefit the business and ultimately the patient.
  • A deep comprehension of compliance is a must, strictly following the relevant code of practice

  • Commitment toward customer and patient orientation
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in health sciences (biologist, pharmacist, physician, dentist)
  • Minimum 3 years of prior Oncology specialty sales experience, preferably in related
  • therapeutic fields (Hematology and Hemophilia).
  • Therapeutic knowledge is preferred (but not required) with a proven ability to quickly gain in-depth understanding of the therapy area
  • Experience in the fields of oncology or/and rare diseases, hematology is an asset
  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in French (knowledge in of English is an asset)
