Description :
The Service Operations Coordinator is responsible for all service and performance activities and is responsible for maintaining and administering the service systems to specific processes within the system organization.
Mission :
Key Responsibilities :Spare Parts :- Handle the full importation process for spare parts, including documentation with banks, Ministry authorizations, and brokers.
- Oversee spares inventory management in collaboration with the accountant and stock manager.
- Handle all local contracts in French, including tenders for public hospitals.
- Manage tender submissions, contract reviews, and alignment with company systems (CPQ).
- Create and manage opportunities within the companyâs CRM system.
- Draft official letters to end users, the Ministry of Health (MOH), and other authorities.
- Manage customer requests related to planning, non-technical inquiries, and the CSO process.
- Assist the team with procurement tasks, including supplier identification, completing internal procedures, gathering data from suppliers, and sending procurement requests to the global team.
- Manage the calibration of tools by coordinating with suppliers and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Oversee travel arrangements and expense reporting for the team.
- Ensure compliance with job safety regulations and standards.
- Manage the calibration of radiation safety tools and maintain regular contact with COMENA/occupational health for radiation monitoring.
- Follow up on operational and financial KPIs to ensure targets are met.
- Handle notifications and reporting for Field Change Orders (FCOs).
- Bachelorâs degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in service operations ,project management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and other business software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- French and English proficiency.
