Director: Channel Execution

A multinational beverage company is looking for their next Director of Channel Execution to solve complex business issues which involve multi geographies and the full value chain. The role requires deep subject matter expertise and a sound understanding of system value drivers as well as proven analytical acumen at an advanced level.

Job responsibilities:

• Supporting the Franchise Unit Leader in developing the company's channel commercial execution growth pillars.
• Project management of various channel initiatives.
• Responsible for driving cold space expansion across the franchise in line with the strategic priority to double the bet.
• Metrics Management: Custodian of all channel metrics. Responsible for managing commercial metrics dashboards and providing commercial analysis and reports.
• Responsible for driving the Operating Unit Execution Cup – monthly reporting and tracking of progress, collation of quarterly results, for specific channel.

Candidate requirements:

• 8+ years prior commercial/franchise operations experience.
• Proven ability to work across cultures, and multiple functions.
• Proven ability to lead and influence teams to align resources towards a common goal, leveraging best-in-class approaches and methodologies.
• Strong, proven self starter with superior leadership skills and capabilities.
• Ability to effectively interact and influence various levels of management across the system
