A global multinational in the automotive sector, renowned for its reliable vehicles and exceptional customer service, is currently seeking a Technical Instructor.
Mission :
- Prepare the annual technical training plan based on the service operations needs;
- Prepare training curriculum (didactic materials) for theoretical practical sessions;
- Conduct training sessions according to annual plan (Branches & Dealersâ Technicians & Customers);
- Enhance techniciansâ skills through On Job Training;
- Prepare & Analyze the technicians Skills Matrix;
- Perform regular technical audits to confirm the technical instructions appliance for higher service quality;
- Confirm the right progress and the accomplishment of the E-learning programs.
- Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering.
- Preferably working knowledge or experience in the technical field.
