  • Work with the cross-functional Brand Team and manage the working relationships between all internal partners (sales, medical affairs, regulatory, market access) and external partners, to ensure that brand plans and objectives are implemented and achieved

  • Work with the brand team to create marketing plans (strategic and tactical)

  • Work with brand team to develop PAAB approved promotional field materials

  • Responsible for organizing events – keep contact with stakeholders, coordinating events, time control, first point of contact of :(booking meeting rooms, logistics, catering, technical conditions, team events, communication)

  • Responsible for the whole approval process in C3 system

  • Be part of cross functional project teams focused on execution of programs, initiatives, and/or strategies

  • Ensure compliance of strategy/initiatives with external and internal regulations (e.g. Data Privacy, Compliance)

  • Ensure cross-functional consistency with regard to strategy and concepts.

  • Develop and manage relationships and communications with internal and external customers.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives. These groups include external customers and consumers, external vendors / agencies and Field Sales

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget of the area of responsibility.

  • Provide administrative/logistical support to marketing activities (project coordination, implementation, and monitoring).

  • Regular support and monitoring of all marketing activities.

  • Coordination of logistics for local/regional and international marketing/commercial events/meetings.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated track record on delivering results

  • Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to think quickly and solve problems

  • Proven ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally to drive business results in a heavily matrixed, fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrated success and ability to drive influence across stakeholders to align work efforts and achieve results

  • Experience working closely with field sales organizations to ensure field needs are met

  • Outstanding project management skills and experience managing multiple vendors and agency partners

  • Capable of successfully managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

  • Team work and communication

  • Strong leadership and decision-making

  • Results orientated

  • Strategic partnering management (internal and external)

  • Strong communication and presentation with the ability to clearly, concisely, and confidently articulate strategies to a diverse audience of peers and external partners
